Time
A full hour stays a full hour. The clock starts when the hands-on work starts, not when you sign in. No part of your session is spent on paperwork or a wait you paid for.

Who We AreAn independent, licensed massage practice in Woodstock, GA. Built on three things the chains keep cutting: time, treatment, and an honest price.

Alex Adamczyk, LMT, spent years working inside franchise and chain massage. From the table, the pattern was hard to miss: the whole machine is tuned for turnover.
Shorter sessions billed as a full hour. Memberships designed to be easy to start and hard to leave. Add-ons pitched mid-session, when you are least able to say no. The therapist gets paced like a line cook, and the client pays for a script.
Elbow Room is the opposite bet. More attention, an hour that is actually an hour, and a price that means what it says. The work that actually helps people, done at the pace it actually takes.
Every decision here runs through these. If a practice cannot defend itself on all three, it is not Elbow Room.
A full hour stays a full hour. The clock starts when the hands-on work starts, not when you sign in. No part of your session is spent on paperwork or a wait you paid for.
We assess what is actually going on, work the problem, and send you out with a plan for the days between visits. The goal is for you to need us less over time, not more.
You pay for the work and nothing else. As an independent practice, Elbow Room answers to the people on the table, not to a corporate parent chasing a number.
Independent and owner-operated. No corporate parent, and no incentive that competes with you getting better.
Elbow room is the space to move freely, the margin a good outcome needs. It is exactly what the chains never leave you: room in the schedule, room on the table, room to actually work the problem instead of racing the clock.
So we built the practice around the name. Unhurried sessions. A real intake. A therapist with enough room in the day to remember why you came in. That space is the whole point, and it is the first thing a turnover model deletes.
No rotating roster of contractors. The person who reads your intake is the person who does the work.
