What We Do

Services & Pricing

One simple menu: 15, 30, or 60-minute sessions, each available as chair or table, whatever fits the day. On-site chair massage for teams and events too. Real time, honest pricing, and a session shaped around you.

The Menu

Pick the session that fits the day

Every session is built around the problem you walk in with, not a script. The price you see is the price you pay.

15 minutes

$25 / chair or table

A quick, targeted reset for the neck, shoulders, or low back. Seated and clothed, or on the table, whatever fits the day.

  • Great for a workday or a warm-up
  • First one is free for new clients

30 minutes

$45 / chair or table

Focused work on a problem area, or a fuller reset than the 15. Chair or table, whatever the body wants that day.

  • Targeted relief without the full hour
  • $25 off your first one

The Work

Modalities, plainly described

Most sessions blend a few of these. We assess first, then use whatever the tissue actually calls for.

Deep Tissue

Slow, deliberate pressure into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. For chronic tension, dense restriction, and the aches that do not let go.

Trigger Point

Precise, sustained pressure on the tight bands that refer pain elsewhere. The targeted answer to a knot that keeps lighting up the same spot.

Myofascial Release

Gentle, lengthening work through the connective tissue that wraps muscle. Restores glide and range when everything feels stuck together.

Recovery & Mobility

Focused work for training loads, arthritis, and everyday stiffness alike: tight hips, sore shoulders, achy joints, and bodies that have earned their aches.

Relaxation

Smoother, flowing strokes for the days when the nervous system needs to come down more than a knot needs digging out. Still a full, unhurried hour.

Built Around You

Not sure which one you need? You do not have to. Tell us where it hurts, and the session is shaped from there. No menu memorization required.

What To Expect

Same shape, every session

Whether it is your first table session or your fortieth, the rhythm is the same: understand the problem, work it, and leave you with a plan.

1

The intake

A few minutes up front to learn what hurts, how it started, and what you want out of the hour. Old injuries, training goals, desk posture, all of it informs where the time goes.

2

The work

The clock starts when the hands do, not when you walk in. A 60-minute session is a full 60 minutes of treatment (at the chains it is closer to 50), focused on the areas that need it, with pressure dialed to what your body wants that day.

3

The aftercare plan

You leave with a simple plan for the days after: what to stretch, what to ice or heat, what to ease off. Rebooking is up to you, never a counter ticking or a package to renew.

Good To Know

Booking & policies

The fine print, without the fine print energy.

How do I pay?
Booking runs through Jane, and payment is handled at your appointment: Venmo, Cash App, or card. No card on file, no online prepay, and no surprise charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and we would rather give your slot to someone who needs it than charge you for it.
What should I wear?
For table sessions, you undress to your comfort level and stay draped throughout; only the area being worked is uncovered. For chair and on-site sessions, you stay fully clothed, so comfortable, loose layers work best.
Is the pricing final?
Rates on this page are preview pricing and may change. Session rates are flat and posted up front. Team or event work is quoted per engagement, with the number agreed before anything is booked.
Can massage help arthritis or stiff, older joints?
Yes. Gentle, well-targeted work eases arthritic stiffness, improves range of motion, and calms the muscles that guard a sore joint. We dial pressure and pace to what your body can take that day.
